How long will it take before I receive my products after purchase?
For most orders placed before 4:00pm we will despatch the products on the same day. For UK delivery we have three postal options. Our FREE shipping option uses Royal Mail PacketPost and most orders take 3 to 4 working days to arrive. Alternatively you can choose Royal Mail 1st Class, which normally takes 1 or 2 days for delivery (£2.50 for the first item and 50p for each additional item). The last option is Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is a next-working-day service and orders should arrive securely the next day by a signed-for service (£5.95 for the first item and £1.00 for each additional item).
For orders within Europe, expected delivery times are 3 to 5 working days, but a lot depends on the speed of your local service. European orders are charged £5.95 for the first item and then £1.00 for each additional item.
For deliveries outside of the UK and Europe, parcels normally arrive between 5 to 10 working days. Delivery charges are £6.95 for the first item and then £1.00 for each additional item.
Do you ship to destinations outside of the UK?
Yes we do. For delivery times and cost, please see the question above. For orders within the European Union (EU), we have to charge UK Tax at a current rate of 15% (the prices on our website are shown already including this tax).
To destinations outside of the EU, we ship items 'tax-free', and so your shopping basket will reflect this and remove the 15% tax. However, please be aware that you may be charged import-taxes by your local government.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer both secure credit card payments and also PayPal payments. For your security, at no time do we ever see or have access to your credit card details. All payments are handled by authorized Banks with high levels of encryption.
In the UK we also take cheques from UK banks, and this option is available in the checkout process. If you have any questions about our payment options, please contact us.
Will I know if my order is being processed?
Once you place your order you will recieve an email within minutes to acknowledge this (if this email does not arrive, please first check and 'junk-email' bins and if still not there, contact us). As your order processes and is then despatched, we will send further emails including any relevant tracking numbers for you.
We strongly recommend signing up for an account when you place your order, as this will allow you to login and see exactly the status of your order at anytime.

What if I see my order advertised elsewhere for less money?

Exclusions: Venus365 will not match competitors' bonus or free offers, coupon, clearance or closure prices, or prices on used, damaged, returned, open box or ex-display merchandise. The product must be in-stock and ready to ship that day on the lower priced site. Back-orders will not be matched and we do not match prices on items that are out of stock. We cannot match Auction, Shopping Portal, or private sale prices. In instances where we are advertising free items with the sale, these need to be considered when price matching.
