Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from a non GB Pound country, such as other European countries or the USA, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to Euro's, US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping And Handling
All items are shipped using Royal Mail First Class, First Class Recorded or Special Delivery services, depending on order value or the choices you make at checkout. Basic shipping costs to the UK are £2.50 for the first item, then £0.50 for each additional item.
We are currently offering a FREE delivery option in the UK, using Royal Mail PacketPost and expected delivery times of 4 to 5 days.
Shipping charges to European destinations is £5.95 for the first item and then £1.00 for each additional item.
Shipping charges to the Rest of the World, are £6.95 for the first item and £1.00 for each additional item.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to despatch your order right away. You will normally receive your order in 1 or 2 business days . International orders are generally received in under 5 days within Europe, or 10 days in the Rest of the World.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order the item(s) for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free. All prices on our website store pages are shown inclusive of VAT. Orders dispatched outside of Europe may be subject to your countries local import taxes.
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using extremely secure 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any computer. Also at no time do we have access to your credit card details unless your order was placed offline in which case no information is kept on record after processing.
Guarantee
All electrical items are guaranteed for a minimum of 12 months. Some items may have a longer manufacturers warranty. To validate your guarantee we strongly advise that you fill in and send off any manufacturer guarantee cards that may be enclosed in your package.

Returns Policy
Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/si/si2000/20002334.htm Please advise us prior to returning any items your intention and reason for doing so. This will enable us to deal with the goods much more efficiently. Your rights under the Distance Selling Directive include a 7 day 'cooling off' period. In line with OFT and Safebuy Trust UK policy, we have extended this period to a 14 day 'cooling off' policy for your benefit.
